Crecer Juntas

In a time when our communities are carrying fear, grief, and uncertainty, especially around immigration, Crecer Juntas is a sacred space to come together, strengthen our community, and heal across generations.

This intimate workshop is for Latinas and the immigrant women who raised them, our mothers, tías, abuelas, and the women we grew up with who have carried so much with strength and silence. Together, we’ll reflect, give thanks, and seek restoration in our relationships through a safe space where we will provide and receive support, pray together and have powerful acts of mutual forgiveness and honor.

We’ll gather to:

• Honor the journey and sacrifices of our mothers and the women we love
• Reflect on what we’ve inherited emotionally, spiritually, and culturally
• Practice forgiveness
• Support one another through gentle conversation, reflection, and prayer
• Stand together as a form of healing and resistance in the face of immigration injustice

We are stronger together. Aqui, nos fortalecemos, juntas.This is how we grow, in community, with other women, strengthening our relationships through forgiveness, collective support, and love, with God at the center of it all.

And this is how we resist:By coming closer, by loving deeper, by healing what the world has tried to break.While systems and laws try to divide and weaken us, we strengthen our relationship with God, the women in our life and our community.By lifting one another, we defy the forces that want to see us disconnected, afraid, or silent.

Through values of love, grace, and restoration, this space is meant to be warm, welcoming, and powerful for all.

Let’s heal together. Let’s grow together. Let’s honor the women who brought us here.

Who?

Idania Ramirez, daughter of immigrants, Founder and Owner of Crecer, an organization focused on providing personal development workshops for vulnerable communities and entrepreneurs and Founder and Owner of AMPLIA Marketing Agency, will be hosting and facilitating the event.

Dr. Norma Ramirez, Founder and Owner of All Good Things Psychological Services and one of the few Latina therapists with a doctorate in Nevada, will be guiding the healing workshop.

To bring: Please bring a journal and a pen for the journaling workshop. Come with plenty of rest and ready to heal. Attire is as you feel most comfortable showing up. This is a safe space. Come as you are.
