Join actress, writer, and director Briana Kennedy for an immersive, hands-on workshop focused on the art of building compelling, multi-dimensional characters for television and film. Drawing from her professional journey, Briana will share personal techniques and guide participants through practical exercises to unlock authentic, transformative performances.
Attendees will:
Learn how to develop a character from the inside out (or outside in)
Discover key tools and questions that drive performance
Practice improvisation, voice and physicality techniques
Explore how to connect emotionally and truthfully to a role
Gain confidence in your creative instincts as an actor
Instructions for attendees:
Please wear comfortable clothes you can move in and bring a notebook or journal for reflections and notes. Be prepared to participate physically and vocally
