Backyard Ultra Format - 6 hours

Hi folks! Several of us are getting ready for Babbitts Backyard Ultra next month so I figured I’d put this out here in case others were interested in joining.

We’ll be running 4.16 miles an hour, waiting till the top of the hour, then starting again. We’ll do this for as many hours as you want up to 6 hours, which will come out to 25 miles.

We’ll find an available pavilion to set up an “aid station” area. Bring what you need. Someone (Jake) will be at the aid station while we’re running.
