Rose Quartz Restorative Yin with Shawn & Colleen

Step into a calm, heart-centered space with Shawn & Colleen for a class inspired by the nurturing energy of rose quartz. Known as the stone of unconditional love, rose quartz supports emotional balance, compassion, and inner peace. Through long-held, supported postures and mindful breath, we’ll open the heart space ~ releasing tension, softening resistance, and inviting in ease.

This practice encourages stillness, receptivity, and deep rest, allowing your body and spirit to recalibrate toward well-being. You’ll be guided to connect with the essence of rose quartz~self-love, forgiveness, and gentle presence~both energetically and somatically.

Rose quartz crystals and a heart-centered essential oil will be provided to enhance your inward journey. Come as you are, and be held in a space of comfort where spaciousness and healing can naturally unfold.
