Breathwork & Yoga Nidra Group Classes

Join us every Sunday from 5:00 pm to 7:00 pm for our weekly Breathwork & Yoga Nidra group classes, led by your teachers Paul and Dave.

These classes aid in managing stress, improving focus and mental clarity, regulating emotions, boosting mood, promoting relaxation, and enhancing overall well-being. They may also help reduce anxiety symptoms and improve sleep quality.

Suggested donation is anywhere from $10-$20
