This Saturday, July 19th join me at Metro Verde Splash Pad Park @ 7AM for a FREE BODYWEIGHT BOOTCAMP! ��
This is open to all skill levels! I’ll be hosting these all summer long!
I am planning on a lower body burner! � Stromg scuplted legs here we come! �
If you’re unable to join in person I will be sure to upload the workout for you here in our group!

For the next 2 weeks I will be collecting donations for the Ruidoso Community! They are in high demand of the following items;
All Cleaning supplies
Mops buckets, brooms, rags, bleach ect
Drinks bottled waters, Gatorade, juice , formula
Snacks any kind
Hand sanitizer
Towels
Paper plates and utensils
Paper towels
Toilet paper
Bathroom items
Hygiene-shampoo, conditioner, body wash men and women, tooth brush, toothpaste, women’s products tampons, pads ect
Diapers all sizes
Blankets, pillows ect
Bedding
Disinfectant sprays
Trash bags
Dog food
Cat food
Pet supplies
Gloves
Sunscreen
Lip balm
New socks/underwear
New bras
Anything else you can think of non clothing.
Also we are trying to collect toys to be handed out to the children in the shelter who lost everything. From newborn to teenagers. Even gift cards to Walmart if you feel compelled �
