Join us for a powerful morning of embodiment, healing, and movement under the open skies at Gladius Ranch!
Spirit Medicine Movement is a light and easeful-flowing embodiment practice that combines dance, qi gong, meditation, and breathwork. Movement with divine intention activates our source energy and quickly elevates our vibrational frequencies, clearing stagnation in the physical, emotional, and mental bodies.
We will begin with grounding and intention-setting, followed by a yoga-based warm-up, and then flow into easy-to-follow guided meditative movement. Together, we create a sacred container for self-love, freedom, and calling our spirits fully back into our bodies.
Facilitators:
• Led by the magical goddess-healer Dana, whose intuitive movement guidance creates profound transformation.
• Sound healing at the end of class facilitated by Alethea, featuring crystal singing bowls to anchor your energy and amplify your integration.
Important Notes:
• This is a donation-based event — all proceeds go directly to supporting the beloved horses of Gladius the Show.
• It may be warm outside! Please bring a hat, a long-sleeve shirt you can soak in water, and any other cooling tools you like (we’ll also have misters available on-site to help keep you comfortable).
• Bring water, sunscreen, and an open heart.
