Sound Healing With JaeAna Bernhardt

Experience the benefits of vibrational sound through the use of singing bowls, chimes, bells, and various other instruments. Wear comfortable clothing and bring a cushion, floor mat, or anything that will support you in lying on the floor. Chairs will be available for those who choose to sit.

JaeAna Bernhardt is a certified vibrational sound therapy practitioner who has been facilitating group and private sound healing sessions for over 5 years. She has introduced trauma-sensitive sound healing to gyms, seniors groups, schools, drug abuse treatment facilities, mental health facilities and yoga studios.
