What to Expect:
Arrival: Please arrive on time to settle in and prepare for the session.
Introduction: Drop in grounding practice, energy clearing and welcoming.
Meditation : You'll be guided through a guided meditation practice.
Sound Bath Session: You will be invited to lie down comfortably on your mat and close your eyes as the soothing sounds wash over you. Feel free to bring your own yoga mat, blanket, cushion or pillow, eye mask, and any other items that will help you feel comfortable and relaxed.
Closing: After the session, there will be a gentle transition back to the present moment, followed by some herbal tea and an opportunity to share your experience.
How to Prepare:
Dress in layers to ensure comfort throughout the session.
Hydrate well before the event.
Avoid heavy meals at least an hour before the session.
Bring a water bottle, and any personal comfort items like blanket, pillow or eye mask.
