Gypsum Cave to Anniversary Mine

Trail Run hosted by Desert Wranglers Trail Leader Jack Ross! Jack has traveled off-road trails all over the desert southwest and has a unique knowledge of not only the trail systems, but also has a wealth of knowledge of the plant and wildlife as well as many caves/mines/history off the beaten path.

Limited to 15 vehicles, please.

This trail is rated a 3-4. Most of the trail is easy except there is a steep incline and decline that requires attention and one Jeep at a time. We will be going to the Gyspum Cave -- https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Gypsum_Cave_(Nevada). We will spend some time exploring this cave for those who are interested in going in the cave (on foot). From the Gypsum Cave we will then proceed to the Anniversary Mine. We will meet at the Timbers restaurant at E. Lake Mead and Mt Hood departing at 5pm.

Bring a Flashlight, as it will be necessary to have light while exploring the cave and mine.
