Beginning with breathwork and movement with Jacqui, a light exercise class with Gemma, followed by a short meditation to set you up for the events of the day.
Challenge yourself with a range of mental activities, immerse yourself in colour with mandala and bookmark creation or make a pair of earrings or bracelet.
Satisfy your soul with journalling or mindful colouring, add your gratitude to our gratitude tree.
Indulge your taste buds with a food and tasting demonstration with Portia who will be using locally sourced ingredients from Jubilee Farm.
Each person also receives a free 20 minute salt therapy session and a gift bag as a thank you.
