Anastasis will talk about the basic principles of doshas according to Ayurveda.
We will learn the physical and psychological characteristics of doshas and what foods help each one
We will talk about the energies of some foods and how they can affect our lives.

Valya will share with you one of the best recipes for sprouted lentil burger - one of the best seller burger in Solar Kitchen Bar .
We will cook together the burgers ,homemade sauce and pitta bread.
