A day designed to connect you mentally, emotionally and spiritually. What to expect: 🌟The Energy Circle Workshop - using a mix of gentle active meditation, grounding techniques, breathwork and an offering of Cacao in ceremony, finish feeling centered and balanced. 💆‍♀️Healing Sound Bath Journey - float away with a gentle sound experience before enjoying a nourishing grounding lunch. 💪Warrior Goddess Workshop - Tap into that inner power. Bring the goddess out and walk the glass before breaking arrows with your neck. An afternoon of pure empowerment and inner confidence boosting. 🍽️Lunch is included in your ticket price. Optional extra: join me for a dip in the River Clyde afterwards. This isn't part of the day and is at your own discretion but you are welcome to finish the day immersed in nature as we dip in the cold water under the bird song. 👖All you need is comfy clothes.
