Join us for a buzz-worthy day of fun, learning, and celebration as we honor the hardworking honeybee and its vital role in our ecosystem! 🐝🌼
This FREE community event is packed with interactive activities, live performances, hands-on crafts, and educational talks all centered around honeybees, pollination, and environmental stewardship.
🌟 Highlights Include:
🍯 – "Makin’ Larvae...a honey bee love story" interactive comedy performance with Kenny Silke 11:30 &1:00pm
📖 – Honey bee book reading & signing with author Linda Smock 10:30 & 2:00pm
🐝 Seminole Bee Farm Hive Demonstration: All day long in the Harris Schoolhouse
🎨 Ongoing from 10:00 AM–2:30 PM:
🖍️ Free craft table in the Harris School and Face painting (for additional purchase) right outside!
🛍️ Local vendors with bee-themed goods (a portion of sales support Heritage Village)
🌭 Food trucks on site – Jersey Dogs, Galvin Goodies, and more!
