Hi everyone! � I’m Anna, originally from Siberia but now happily based in Bussum. Some of you might remember me from my photo expo last year in De Mess, Naarden, about my homeland and its people.
But my true passion is wine. � For over 15 years I’ve been exploring the world of wine — visiting more than 100 wineries across Europe, volunteering in vineyards in Georgia, harvesting in Rioja, and working in the cellars of Galicia, Spain. Along the way, I’ve met incredible winemakers and brought back a lot of stories.
Now I’m building De Vino Root, a space where I share this passion through tastings, stories, and a monthly newsletter. My goal is simple: to make wine fun, approachable, and something to enjoy together — no snobbery, just great wines and good company. I've been organising wine events in Amsterdam for more than 2 years and now I am bringing them to Gooi.
