Do you desire to intentionally honor the changing of the seasons? Is your soul asking for a deeper connection to the balanced rhythms of Mother Nature?

The Fall or Autumnal Equinox is a sacred moment for finding balance. Mother Nature invites us to pause and feel her pulse in this transitional moment between summer and winter, light and dark, sun and moon…

At Finding Balance, you are invited to honor the changing of the seasons and harmonize yourself with the energy of mother nature on the equinox through cacao’s warming, heart medicine and yin yoga’s cooling, longer-held postures.

Held on Monday, September 22nd from 4-6 PM, investment of $38 includes ceremonial cacao. The opening cacao ceremony will be held outside on the deck if weather allows and then we will move indoors for yin yoga.

Led by Audrey Jansen, Studio Owner, E-RYT 500, Cacao Ceremony Facilitator, and Reiki Master Practitioner.

P.s. regular classes are cancelled at the studio on the 22nd to honor the equinox and our fall schedule begins the next day, Tuesday, September 23rd!
