Animaux Formidables è un duo garage-fuzz-noise, percussioni e chitarra/voce, formatosi ad inizio 2022.
L'idea è quella di dare sfogo ad un istinto viscerale, asciutto ed essenziale, calandosi nei panni di due personaggi con connotazioni animalesche, nutriti da sempre con glam, blues e rock 'n roll.
Nel corso del 2022 il duo entra in studio in tre sessioni con Marco Fasolo per registrare in presa diretta - rigorosamente in analogico, come in quasi tutte le produzioni di Fasolo - i brani che compongono il loro esordio discografico, pubblicato nel febbraio del 2023.
A settembre dello stesso anno la band è parte del cast di X Factor 2023.
