Journey of Hope - Coping Strategies for Youth (LaPlace Branch)

Ages 4-18: Designed for children and teens, Journey of Hope promotes healthy emotional normalization and fosters positive coping strategies. This session will cover strategies for coping with sadness, anger, and bullying, with a focus on building resilience.
