Join us for a hands-on, empowering workshop where we’ll explore the foundations of safe and effective alignment in both common and “advanced” yoga postures. Whether you’re newer to the mat or a seasoned practitioner, this workshop is designed to deepen your awareness, refine your form, and enhance your overall practice.

Led by Jackey, this session will cover:
🔹 Key alignment principles for stability and ease
🔹 Safe modifications + mindful transitions
🔹 Anatomy-informed tips for individual body types
🔹 A breakdown of poses like Warrior II, Chaturanga, Down Dog, Wheel, Crow, and more
🔹 How to use props to support growth and prevent injury

Expect a supportive, playful space with time for questions, exploration, and real-time feedback. You’ll leave with greater confidence, clearer cues, and a deeper connection to your body’s unique structure.
