🌟 Research shows that group drumming invites in emotional awareness and harmony, accelerates physical healing, boosts the immune system, connects us to community, and is fun! You are invited on a sound medicine journey with Sandy Montgomery, Waysharer, certified drum circle facilitator, sound healer, yoga teacher and Usui Reiki practitioner. An invitation to the gentle, powerful, and transformative physical, meditative, emotional and spiritual healing effects of drumming and sacred sound weaving - a love language for your nervous system.
