Feel the rhythm, connect with community, and let the music move you. We’re excited to invite you to our new Drum Circle at The Nesting Spot Wellness Center — a space to release stress, share energy, and simply be together.

✨ No experience needed — just bring your open heart (and a drum or percussion instrument if you have one — we’ll have extras too!).

🌿 All are welcome — adults, teens, parents, and anyone looking to feel grounded and uplifted.
