What You'll learn: Join us iun this interactive class where you will learn the art of smoothie making and discover how to craft delicious, nutritious drinks. We'll explore a variety of ingriedients, tips for boosting flavor and nutrition, and how to customize your drinks to suit your lifestyle.

Students are limilted to 10.

NOTICE about cooking classes:

• Classes are 2 to 2 1/2 hours, unless otherwise noted above.
• You will work with other students.
• Hands-on classes are limited to 7 to 10 students.
• You will sit or stand, cooking and working for most of the class.
• Please wear comfortable, closed-toe shoes and have long hair tied back.
• We do not offer refunds for classes within one week of the scheduled date. However, you are welcome to transfer your spot to a friend or family member if you are unable to attend.
• Students receive a coupon good for the day of the class for 10% off in-store purchases on all food, beverage, kitchen, and table top products.
• All recipes are developed using common cooking and baking ingredients that may or may not be specified in the menu titles, including various fruits and vegetables, nuts, meats, spices, wheat flours, etc.

If you have a food allergy, please check with us before registering for a class. Adjustments to recipes cannot be made.
