This is a safe & welcoming environment to express the complex feelings that you may struggle to put into words.

The course work/session is thoughtfully guided with relaxation and reflection techniques to comfort you as you process what you create.

$40 for 3 hrs of guided instruction

*a take home art journal
*the days drawing supplies
*Light refreshments & soft beverages
*and an experience like no other therapy has to offer
