Waste not, throw it in the pot! Join us in the Maker Kitchen for a workshop on making the most of your dinner ingredients and eliminating home kitchen waste with Chef Matt Jones of Fifth String Food Truck! Chef Matt is ANC’s Kitchens & Facilities Coordinator and serves up delicious sandwiches and poutines on his food truck around Lansing.
Please be sure to wear comfortable clothes and close-toed shoes for working in the kitchen. Hair that is shoulder-length or longer needs to be tied back.
Parking is available in the lot on the East side of the center, as well as on the surrounding streets, Kalamazoo, Allen and Shepard.
