Root down and ground into your body through this nourishing yin yoga practice accompanied by a healing sound bath. Settle into the sounds of drums, gongs, singing bowls, chimes, and more while being guided through a slow, cooling practice to bring yourself back into your body.

Katy Joe will lead you through long holds of yin yoga to prepare the body for deeper relaxation, and the healing vibrations created by Parker will amplify this effect by calming the nervous system and quieting the mind.

Parker Horsch is a multi-instrumentalist from Michigan, based in Denver, CO. His passion for music and his admiration of cultural tradition, from around the globe, has helped him blend modern and traditional rhythms and melodies to develop his own unique style.
