Join us at The Squirrel & Nut for our 3rd Annual Autumn Equinox Celebration!
This year, it happens to coincide with Lansing's Inaugural Lansing Day, exactly 1 year after Hurricane Helene where the town of Lansing and our neighbors are gathering to rejoice and officially “re-open” for business.
Join us for the first annual Lansing Day, Saturday, September 27, 10 a.m. to 8 p.m. – a day-long festival celebrating Appalachian heritage through local crafts and music while demonstrating our community's remarkable resilience in rebuilding after the hurricane.
Throughout the day, witness the spirit, community, and renewed inspiration that define Lansing, as well as an unforgettable town-wide ribbon cutting.
Enjoy live music, food vendors, film screenings, community art, and children's activities, while supporting unique and steadfast small businesses. Easy parking and free shuttle are available to enjoy all of downtown Lansing in beautiful Ashe County, NC.
