About the event

Adaptive Yoga

A welcoming and sensory-friendly yoga program for teens living with developmental disabilities. This program will focus on mild stretching and flexibility. Individuals needing 1 to 1 support are asked to provide their own.

This program is free, thanks to a grant from Tompkins County Youth Services. Contact Joanie Groome: to register.
