Italian Cooking - Fresh Ravioli & Tiramisu Cooking Class!

Learn how to make fresh ravioli and homemade Tiramisu. We will be making a brown butter sauce & a seasonal Tiramisu for dessert.

About this Event

Learn how to make fresh ravioli and seasonal Tiramisu with Javi.

Class menu:

Seasonal salad
Egg pasta dough
Ricotta and cheese filling
Brown butter sauce
Tiramisu, we will make a seasonal variation

What to expect?

You will get your hands dirty, this is a HANDS-ON class that will end sitting down to enjoy the food we made. You can BYOB.

Do you need to have previous cooking experience?

You don’t, all levels are welcomed as everyone will learn something and have a fun time cooking with others.

How long is the class?

It’s 2.5/3 hours – to be able to go through the entire pasta making process. The last 30 minutes we will be sitting and having lunch/dinner together.

Can children attend the class? Yes, but please consider the following:
The class is 2.5/3 hours long and we will be standing.
Regardless of their age, each attendee needs to be registered and paid for.
Under the age of 18 they need to attend with an adult that is registered for the class as well.
