Sound Bath Meditation

In this immersive sound healing experience, Gail Kronberg will weave together the soothing vibrations of sacred sound instruments such as, crystal alchemy and Tibetan singing bowls, gongs, drum, and more, to create a soundscape that gently guides you into a deep meditative state. The pure, penetrating sound waves will take you on a journey of energetic renewal and soulful restoration.

This offering is best experienced lying down or seated in a chair. Wear comfortable clothes and bring whatever you need to be relaxed - yoga mat, blanket, pillow, eye mask, water. A limited supply of mats and props are available for use.
