October's featured artist at the Whidbey Art Galley is Paula Pugh. Paula has merged her love of handmade papers, which she collects, with a passion for creating birds. She has made more than 700 birds thus far. This series, called Birds of Compassion, reminds all of us to tap into our deep inner resources to support each other every day - no matter who we meet. For example, the name of the Indigo Bunting is Inclusion."
Member Crow Show
October 4th from 5:00-7:00pm we will be opening of our annual “Crow Show” which will include many, if not all, of our members in the gallery. Many of our artists have been working on pieces for months for this particular popular show. It is by far one of our most attended Art Walks. We have both 2D and 3D art to display. We hope you can join us for an evening of art and celebration!
Our Crow Show runs from October 1st thru October 31st. The Gallery is open daily from 11am – 4pm.
