This immersive day blends gentle yoga, live music, and a meditative multi-instrument sound bath to carry you into deep recalibration amongst old and new friends.
What to Expect:

The experience is designed for all levels—no previous yoga or meditation experience needed. This is a space to soften, listen, feel joy, and reconnect with your inner self.
What to Bring:
Yoga mat
Blanket or wrap
Pillow or bolster (optional but encouraged for added comfort)
Eye mask (optional)
Water bottle
Anything else that helps you feel cozy + supported
We recommend staying for the whole exprience but feel free to come by anytime before 8pm when we will start winding down.
