Kid-Friendly Group Meditation Workshop at Seraphim Health & Wellness

Looking for a calm, meaningful way to start your weekend *with* your little one? Join us for a kid-friendly meditation workshop at Seraphim Health & Wellness—designed for parents, caregivers, and children to share a peaceful experience together. This session will include gentle mindfulness practices, a guided meditation, and time to connect with other families in our community.

- Gentle intro & intention setting
- Family-friendly guided meditation (flexible and relaxed!) led by Mikayla, RCH
- Light refreshments
- Optional time to connect with other attendees afterward

- Yoga/meditation mat

Please note: This workshop is for children 8 and older. A parent doesn’t need to attend with the child that is attending, but does need to remain on the premises. You must purchase a ticket if you’d like to be a part of the workshop.
