Sun, May 18th, 2025: Round 3: 10am start; BCCF AGM: 3pm or ASAP; Round 4: 4:30pm start

Tournament Fee:
– Early bird $110 + GST: Until Mar 31st, 2025 – midnight.
– Regular $125 + GST: Until May 15th, 2025 – midnight.
– Play-up fee: $30 if the player is within 100 points range, $50 if player is within 200 points range.
*FREE ENTRY to all players rated 2300+ under any rating system if registered before early bird deadline, normal fee applies thereafter. Entry fee to be deducted from prize money upon winning.
Family Discount: $20 per player from 2nd family member onwards.

Affordable on-campus accommodation shall be provided at additional fee with prior booking. Private/ family or sharing room options available on first come basis. Breakfast not included, 5-min walk to the main playing area. All rooms include washrooms, kitchenette, linen and toiletries.
Single room/ 2 persons: $170 per night. 2 single beds will be provided.
Family room/ 4 persons: $240 per night. 4 single beds will be provided – suitable for a group of friends.
