This magical day begins in the presence of great teachers from the animal kingdom.
Horses possess the ability to act as conduits of connection to Self, to others and to our spiritual oneness, and can therefore deepen our meditation experience.
In this meditation we will tap into the rhythm of the horses’ presence and gentle hearts to deeply connect with your inner wisdom and intuition.
We will be seated outside undercover on chairs in a circle with one or two supervised horses.
The meditation will be self-guided and the horse(s) will be free to move around us.
They may elect to hold space for us from a distance or they may feel inclined to offer specific individuals energetic support.
As co-facilitators in this process we will leave it up to them.
After the horse meditation we will break for a light lunch and then come back together for a sacred cacao ceremony under Matthew’s guidance.
Cacao is a sacred food and plant medicine.
As powerful as it is gentle, and renowned for its heart opening properties.
You will be supported by this loving plant medicine as Matthew leads us deeper into the powerful Breath Empowerment practice, followed by his cosmic sound journey.
Horses naturally have a very large energy field which has served to keep them safe in the wild. Their gentle yet powerful energetic presence will be with us throughout the entire day.

The Warrior breath is done lying down on a yoga mat and no prior experience is necessary.

Matthew will be right there to guide you through the process and prepare you for the next phase of the adventure – a transformational healing sound journey.
The frequencies Matthew channels through voice, intention and presence create a sonic environment that dissolves the boundaries of space/time.
Energy flows, healing occurs, and insights emerge.
You will than learn and practice simple yet profound Qigong movements that create a thick magnetic field for strength, grounding and healing.

What to bring:
-Closed toe shoes are mandatory around the horses.
- Weather appropriate clothing to keep you comfortable during the outdoor horse meditation.
- A yoga mat or cushion you can lie down on in the loft.
- A light lunch – There are no restaurants or stores nearby so bring your lunch! Please keep it light – especially no sugar – you will want to stay alert for the remainder of the day.
* What if it rains?
No problem! We will be outside and undercover for the horse meditation (Again, dress appropriately for the weather)
We will be in our stunningly beautiful loft above the stable for the breath empowerment and sound journey. Energy cultivation will be outside if weather permits.
