Waingroves Soundbath and Relaxation Session

Take an hour to relax on a Friday evening and join me in a sound healing and relaxation session.

Experience the soothing sounds of himalayan singing bowls, gong, chimes and guided meditation as they guide you to deep relaxation, emotional balance and inner peace.

No prior experience is necessary, just an open mind and an open heart. Please arrive 10 minutes before the 7pm start to allow yourself time to get comfortable. Bring a yoga mat, air bed or recliner along with blankets, cushions or pillows and water to help you to be comfortable.

Please note this session is not suitable for those who are pregnant, have a pacemaker or epilepsy. Please check before booking.
