Beginner Yoga

A grounding Hatha-style class, perfect for those new to yoga or anyone craving a slower, more mindful practice. Focus on building strong foundations, breath awareness, and alignment, with gentle movement and moments of stillness.

Great for: complete beginners, older adults, or those easing back into movement.

I'd love to welcome you to my class, this one is super gentle, I always encourage you to go at your own pace and take breaks whenever you need.

Parking onsite. £7 per class, pay on arrival cash / bank transfer.
