In this Summer retreat we dedicate 5 days to the transformative, holistic process through movement from depth, free dance, the exploration of the body- mind- soul-potential, attentive touch and artistic play. In the studio and in nature, in the solo, duet and group formations, you have time to encounter your Self, your innate expression and your freedom in movement.

This seminar is open to everyone with basic experiences in movement, dance and/or bodywork. This module is also a part of the Advanced Teachers Training (Module Nature).
