Psychic Hygiene and Ritual Cleansing - Brooke Hynch

This talk will be about psychic hygiene and ritual cleansing tools and techniques they will include:

• sound (instruments and voice),
• herbs and oils,
• ritual clothing
• dance and movement
• crystal combinations

This would give beginner/novice a good grounding in the purpose, use and reasoning behind ritual anointing/smudging/meditation/bathing/ritual clothing/movement and use of sound in ritual preparation.

You can bring lunch with you if you want to
