About the event

Beginning Birding

State Parks and the Fremont County Library - Lander are teaming up for their "Color Your World" summer of programming!

Join Ranger Lacey to explore the basics. We'll have binoculars to lend out, but feel free to bring your own.

We'll be part of the Statewide BioBlitz weekend as citizen scientists. Download the iNaturalist and/or Merlin apps ahead of time to learn how tech can help with bird ID and contribute data!

We'll meet at the visitor center at 10:30. Dress for the weather and walking around.

No pets so that we can enjoy the birds!
