Surya (Sun) is the Soul both of the moving and unmoving beings". Rig Veda
Sun Salutation also known as Surya Namaskar is a fluid sequence of postures often used as a warm up in our asana practice and is the foundation of Vinyasa Yoga. There are various classical sequences. All of them offer the opportunity of presence creating physical warmth allowing awareness and connection through the breath body and mind.

In this workshop you will learn:

a) Surya Namaskar A
b) Surya Namaskar B
c) Classical Surya Namaskar
Variations

Deepen your knowledge of the asana breath philosophy and spiritual aspects of the practice
