Suits, straps ok, DL bar
Farmers 40ft up and back with turn
60s time limit, quickest time, unlimited drops, 2s slide penalty, front of implement must cross the finish line
Fingal Fingers
60s time limit, ties possible
Sandbag Carry and Load
3 bags placed 10 15 20 feet away from bar, 44 inch bar women and 52 inch bar men
60s time limit, quickest to load all 3, ties possible if under 3 reps
Comp shirt on each event, ok to wear grip shirt under, no tacky on anything, gloves ok on loading event and fingal fingers
