On Thursday, September 4th OR Thursday, September 18th from 11:30 AM – 1:00 PM, enjoy a free lunch while Lancaster Fire Department’s Community Paramedic, Adam Hetterle, leads QPR Training (Question, Persuade, Refer)—often called CPR for mental health.
This short, powerful training equips everyday people—business owners, employees, friends, neighbors—to recognize the warning signs of suicide and connect someone to help.
