Sand Castle Cake Decorating Camp: 3-Day Summer Camp | Ages 7–12
Join us for a creative, hands-on summer camp where young bakers will dive into the world of cake decorating! This 3-day adventure is perfect for kids ages 7-12 who love to craft, design, and (of course) eat cake!
Day 1 (Aug. 5th from 9:30 AM - 12:30 PM):
Decorators will kick things off by customizing their own apron, sketching their cake design, and creating fondant decorations like starfish, shells, and more. We'll also learn how to carefully cut cake layers in preparation for stacking.
Day 2 (Aug. 6th from 9:30 AM - 12:30 PM):
Campers will learn how to fill piping bags, and gain knowledge in the art of assembling and crumb-coating their cakes. They'll stack their layers and start to see their cake come to life!
Day 3 (Aug. 7th from 9:30 AM - 12:30 PM):
Time to bring the vision to life! Campers will place their fondant decorations, add final touches, and present their finished cakes to fellow campers.
At the end of camp, each decorator will receive an Official Cake Decorator Certificate, their own sand castle cake creation, a keepsake apron, and an offset spatula to continue creating at home.
Each day includes a themed snack and drink to keep our young bakers energized and inspired.
