SOLD OUT- THE NERVOUS SYSTEM RESET

A Yin-informed restoration through sound + stillness

This workshop is grounded and designed through Yin Yoga theory — using stillness, long-held, supported shapes, and internal attention to support nervous system settling.

The practice stays close to the floor and emphasizes ease over effort. Postures are held gently, allowing the body time to settle without force. Breath is slow and intentional, supporting a quiet return to balance.

The experience concludes with an extended sound bowl rest to support integration and deep rest.

This is not a workout.
This is a practice of stillness and regulation.
