They say happiness is a habit - it's not a destination or something that happens to you, but rather a choice and a skill that can be developed through conscious daily practices. Have you thought about making small changes that might make a difference in the way you feel? A new class we have at the Tara Centre that could support you is a Movement and Meditation session with Eli on Tuesdays 11-12.

These sessions are a chance for you to be in a small group with a kind and loving teacher who will gear the class to those who are present. There will be gentle movement, adapted to what you're able to do (including seated in a chair if you need), a chance to be with your breath and bring more energy into your body, time for quiet meditation and some time for conversation and connection at the end.
