On your mark...Get set... Go... get those tennis shoes ready and sign up for our annual Martha Miller Memorial Flippin' 5K!!!

Registration is now live! Last year we crushed our goal of having 100 early bird registrations! So this year's goal is 125 early bird registrations!

You can register via the link below or in person at the rec plex! Share with your family and friends and on social media! Make sure to register prior to 7/25 to ensure your race day t-shirt!

- Date: August 9, 2025, 9AM Race start
- Location: Starting and ending at the Robert K. Fox YMCA, enjoy a scenic route along the Hocking River bike path!

Early Bird Price (Prior to 7/25): $25
Standard Registration (7/25 & Beyond): $30
