Lancaster Fringe Fest Launch

Picture downtown Lancaster animated with street artists and small performances in non-traditional venues: spoken word artists exchanging verses from barstools; an impassioned monologue about pour-overs in a coffee shop; a family vacation drama playing out in a hotel lobby. These are only a few of the possibilities. What stories can you imagine in Lancaster?


What: Our first event, featuring a panel discussion with representation from local business and theater leaders.

Why: To bring together interested venues, theater companies, and artists to engage with our vision of the Lancaster Fringe Fest.

The Lancaster Fringe Festival is a new nonprofit organizing a 4-day inaugural festival in Lancaster City in May 2026. Our mission is to bring together a community of creators inspired to share their stories through theater, music and art that highlights human connection in new and exciting ways.
