Lafayette 200 Candelight Dinner and Ball
Please join us for a candlelit evening to welcome the Marquis de Lafayette, Our Nation’s Guest, to Lancaster, Pennsylvania on Sunday, July 27. After libations and perambulation, our guests will be formally announced to General Lafayette. A sumptuous meal, French cotillion dance display, classical vocal solo performance, and historically inspired toasts will ready attendees for a formal period ball. Take a partner for the Grand Polonaise to see and be seen among those celebrating our illustrious guest! Enjoy an evening of period English Country Dancing under the expert instruction of our nationally recognized Dance Mistress, Miss Jenna Simpson and our fabulous musical trio, Hawthorne – Mara Shea, Kathy Talvitie, and Bob Pasquarello.
