Ice Bath & Breathwork Experience

Join The MindBodyProject and West End Yoga Studio through an experience complete with dynamic breathing exercises as the group preps for the ice bath, offering an encouraging and safe environment to try a new wellness practice!
Details:
The event will begin with a group breathwork session for preparation followed by ice bath plunges of approximately two minutes.

The entire event is lead and guided by The MindBodyProject offering their expert professionalism, safety, and guidance.

Practitioners should wear swimwear or light shorts and tee shirt underneath comfortable layers.

Practitioners should bring a towel and an optional change of clothing.

Beverages and tea are available for post plunge.

This in-studio experience is limited to 20 individuals.

$25 per practitioner
