About the event

Evening soundbath
Welcome to this relaxing evening soundbath.
Sound baths are a great way to restore yourself, your nervous system, bring calm and restfulness to you.
These sessions are designed for relaxation, but can also be a great way to journey and meditate if you have any pressing issues.
We will be just a couple of days after the new moon, so will be bringing this energy into the session.

I will be using gongs, drum, singing bowls, rattles and more.

Please bring a yoga mat and blanket or similar, and anything else for comfort and warmth.
Places are limited to 12 so please book via the booking link or contact me to book a place.
